3. Upload reference pictures of everyone you'd like to include in the portrait

4. Add any notes for our artist to follow (describe background, clothing, faces, text, etc.)

5. Once done, click on the 'Add to Cart' button to checkout

Please provide us with as much information as you can in the drawing notes, this is to help our artists get your illustration perfect.

Our team of artists works as fast as possible to create the artwork. But since this is a hand-drawn digital illustration and is a time-consuming process, it may take up to 3-5 days for you to receive your portrait.

We consider all pets as non-human persons. So, yes. 😺

Yes! When you place an order for a printed or framed poster you will also receive a high-res digital file in your email.

After you give us a confirmation on your digital file, it usually takes us 3-4 days to complete your order at the print shop and around 4-5 days for the shipment to reach your address.

The higher the quality of the photos you upload, the easier it is for our artists to create an accurate illustration. But don’t worry, we will reach out to you if we have any issues.

No, please feel free to add them separately. Individual pictures/selfies work just as good. You may, however, want to detail what you'd want them to look like/ be doing in the drawing notes box.

The standard size (dimensions) are 12x16 and 16x12. If you would like a custom size, just let us know in your order notes.
